NANAIRO TCG STAFF COMMUNITY

Hi everyone. As you might had notice, I'm pretty slow at replying to things these days. (Though I had read all the comments and messages everyone sent me!) That's because with all the interviews coming up and family matters, I have less and less time to spend on TCG. I have time to make decks, but not enough time for coding and replying to forms and giving out rewards.

I feel that this is unfair to everyone here, and I do not want to close Nanairo down just like this. I had come up with a few solutions, but I would love to hear everyone's opinions first.

1. Put the TCG on hiatus. This would most likely be a last resort as TCG would most likely die off after a hiatus.
2. Find a co-owner, to help me out with coding and updating of site. (especially with areas such as graphic donations) And hire one or two more mods to cover more games.
3. I also thought of releasing decks like those site-based TCG, where 5-10 decks will be released per week. This will actually be easier for me because I don't have to update a lot of things in one go. I can do it bit by bit weekly and there will be new stuffs every week. If we go by this, I will change the rules to donations.
4. Turn it into a mini-tcg, where games are posted bi-weekly, and decks are released every two months. Of course, the rewards will be tweaked.

Sorry for the slight lateness of this post, I was out all day yesterday. >< As you know, Grand Opening will be on next Tuesday, so here are some information for everyone:

And if anyone is curious about deck release, I'm planning to release new decks on January 7, because I'm afraid I don't have the time to make the release the same day as the grand opening. Rewards would be delayed a little too at the main community but I will try to give out some everyday.

Firstly, for Game mods:

All Games will start running from next Wednesday! If anyone of you can't make it, please let me know and I will temporary take over the game for you first. Also, I noticed that some of you haven't joined the community yet, so please go ahead and join or you won't be able to post to anything.

Here's the schedule again, and if I made any mistake or you want to move your days, feel free to let me know!

- Monday: Picture Hunt & Swapping (Roax)
- Tuesday: Pick a Character (Tory)
- Wednesday: VS (Marge)
- Thursday: Freebies (Tory)
- Friday: Guess the song (Saku)
- Sunday: Discussion (Marge)
- Saturday: Guess the game (Kuri)
- For Deck Builder: Saku, you may post the game anytime within the first two weeks of each month.

Games left (these will be taken by me and be posted every Saturday until someone take it):
- Trivia (Will be replace with Yingyu's pick until someone takes Trivia so it's easier for me to run. Idea from reflection tcg.)
- Match the card

Secondly, for Service Mods:

Everything will run as per normal, except that the Shop will be open now! The Gacha services will be open at around mid-January. Other than that, I guess there's nothing much?

Thirdly, for Deck Makers:

Each month, a deck making post will go up and you can claim and submit your decks in that post. You may only claim your pay after you submitted your deck. You may start claiming decks to make after the grand opening since for this release, most of the decks would be made by me. So for Junny & Rowan, please send the decks you claimed in before the 7 ~

Also! I managed to simplify the music deck template by a bit, so will you be interested in making music decks as well? If yes, I will post the template up along in the next Deck making post. C:

Once again, I want to thank you guys for showing interest in helping out here! (: Without further ado, here are some basic guidelines for all mods (more specifically for game mods)

First, I plan to end pre-join at the January 2013! I want to sneak in a very small christmas event and have a bit more time to work with the gachapon because I plan on trying that out for a month once the game is officially open. All weekly games will also only start after pre-join.

Service Mods
+ You may start replying services now. This is for the following services: Level Up, Mastery & Trading Achievement. The shop, gacha counter and gacha station will only be open once the game is officially opened.

Game Mods
+ Please comment here and let me know which days would be the best for you to post your games! Once I know everyone's day(s), I will start planning out a schedule. For games which has not been pick up yet, I will post them myself every Saturday.

• Specifications:
  - Banner size for the game: 400x250
  - You can just go by the original names of the games and post the games as it is, to make things simpler.
  - All games are weekly. The only monthly game for now is Deck builder, which will be taken up by me.
• Specifications for rewards + games:
  - Guess the song, Freebies, Trivia, Discussion, Guess the game & Post a picture.
  All of these games give out 3 random cards as rewards.
  - Pick a character:

There will be 5 characters for players to pick, and the rewards goes like this: 3 character cards, 3 artist cards, 3 music cards. 5 random cards of all types, 1 random drink currency. You can tweak the reward a little yourself, such as rewarding wonderland currencies instead, replace artist card rewards with seiyuu on different weeks, and so on.
- Match the Card:
There will be 5 cards each week for players to match, and the rewards goes like this: 2 card for 1 match, 3 cards for 2 match, 4 cards for 3 match, 5 cards for 4 matches, and 6 cards + a Alice for 5 matches.
- Swapping:
Each player can swap two cards weekly, and at the end of the round, you will have to post a list of card from the round at the warehouse so I can add them in.

- Special Rounds:
It's totally up to you how you want to do the special rounds! Just don't go too overboard with the rewards, haha. 

Staff Pay is given out daily, as long as you had met the requirement of claiming your pay! I hope I didn't left anything out here... (i haven't had my coffee orz) If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to ask! (:
